November 2008

Ok, you lot. The plan is this. Oi Mush is going to be a single next year. I'm doing a video and everything! Propah! The albums are getting remastered, repackaged and rereleased on my new label and a new album will be out too. So my head's right down for 2009 at the moment. Stay tuned, it'll be whopper.

In the meantime, Tantrum promotions are organising the Cardiff event for the global party that's going to happen on George Bush's last day in office, January 20th 2009. They've selected the track George Bush RIP from Costly Pills and Hash to be the theme song. This is basically Clash of Civilisations from the album I'm a Suicide Bomber in Your Heart remixed by Johan Flapsandwich, Sweden's premier electrogod.

YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE TRACK HERE FREE BY CLICKING ON GEORGE'S STOOPID FACE!!!!

The Facebook group for the global party can be found here. The facebook group for the Cardiff event can be found here.

September 2008

Thanks to all those who came to see me over the summer, and a big shout out to all the stages who put me on, (put up with me...?) - you know who you are!!!

Thanks in particular to Sweet Promotions who helped me with my one man rant-with-songs Freedom For Tooting!!! at the Edinburgh Fringe. This led to an in-house award, 5 star ratings and a possible return next year. Happy days.

The  plan is now to record a new album, release a new single with a few live dates chucked in for good measure. As always, I'll keep you posted.

Freedom for Tooting!!!! - An Edinburgh Fringe Festival show

COSMO

A rock-and-roll fuelled, anarchistic road trip through the underbelly of UK life in the nineties and noughties. Devised and performed by the UK underground’s folk-punk and hip-hopping legend Cosmo, (aka Sandor Dus), it combines comedy, tragedy, DIY politics and some of the worst human beat boxing you’ll ever hear.

If you're trying to download the new album, it's no longer available for free!! Radiohead managed millions and 250 of you downloaded mine! So there! Hope you enjoy. Gonna have to sell some copies now, as I'm on the road the rest of the summer. Catch you at the next gig.

March 2008

Whoopeee!!! The new album is done, it's called "Costly Pills and Hash," and if you go to the music page you can download it all for free! I've just come back from New York where I did a few shows and had a gay old time. Interestingly enough, since I came back from the States, I noticed from my webstats that the US Military has visited this site SEVEN times! Make yourself at home boys, and enjoy the music.

Autumn 2007

Well, the cold nights draw in and all that. Must be time to stay indoors and start recording the new album! In between bouts of dreaded manflu, of course......Thanks to all those who helped me out and came to see the shows this summer, espcially Tom, the Eco-Arcadia crew and Stan, Sho and Minnie. In the meantime, kick back and enjoy the winter, and if you're really stuck for something to do, check out the new songs on my MySpace site. I recorded them with a Folk/Americana artist called Dave Adamson based up in the valleys here in South Wales. Youknowsit.

April 2007

Welcome to the new site. Hope you enjoy! Summer is lookin' awful busy....

Been busy and doing all sorts of gigs in strange places. Matt and Will from Kilnaboy have been adding accordion and fiddle to some of the stuff. New recordings coming up soon!

January 2007

January?? What the heck....?!

Mad start to the year. Thanks to all who came down to Callaghans in Cardiff for the launch party of Home Thoughts From Abroad - what a ripper! Oooooo!

Gigs getting booked up for later in the year. But the main thing coming up is the Get Well Soon Party at the end of the month and National Phone in Sick Day. These promise to be the events of the year - already! Check out the GIGS section for details.

There should be some new tunes up in February and an exciting collaboration to talk about. Stay tooned!

November/December 2006

At last finished the new album! There are copies for sale - you can pick them up in the MUSIC section!!!!

At the moment, I'm doing a few political fundraisers/awareness shows, (see gigs section) and working on some new stuff. There should be some surprises for the live set as well…. Dates planned for next year include the US and Ireland as well as UK festival dates.
But having said all that it'll all probably go tits up innit!..

July 2006

This month I shall mostly be in Brazil. The plan is to hang around, play some music and generally make a prize pillock of myself. Nothing unusual there, except the weather the scenery will be better than what I am used to!

I'm hoping to spend some time living in a jungle, sing on Ipanema beach and, for those of you who like your hardcore politics, hang out with this lot as well.

I'm also going to try and regularly update a new blog all about it, (net cafes permitting), and you can find it here.

The other news is that hopefully there should be some new recordings to come from the whole mission. Watch this space!
